About The Position

Requirements

• Possession of or the equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, facilities management, or a related field, plus five (5) years of full-time experience in construction planning and project management in an educational institution construction project valued at no less than $20 million or more
• An associate degree or technical trade certifications with major coursework in engineering, architecture, construction, or industrial technology, plus ten (10) years of increasing responsibility in construction planning and project management for an educational institution construction project valued at no less than $20 million, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff.
