Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Director, Behavioral Mental Health Outpatient Operations. This position offers an exciting leadership opportunity at one of the largest and foremost children's healthcare systems in the U.S. Reporting to the Vice President, Behavioral and Mental Health, the Director, Behavioral and Mental Health (BMH) Outpatient Operations is responsible for the delivery and success of the overall, system-wide portfolio of ambulatory behavioral and mental health initiatives. This leader will provide direct operational, strategic and financial leadership as well as effective management and accountability for the daily operations of Children’s Behavioral and Mental Health multi-year plan across all campuses. The director will oversee and lead the implementation of the plan in collaboration with Vice President Behavioral and Mental Health, Division Chief, system leaders and medical directors. They will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategically focused, high-quality services are delivered to patients, families, and employees. They will be charged with preparing for and participating in senior level discussions regarding strategic and operational direction for Behavioral and Mental Health services.
