Our Fulfillment Technology organization is responsible for building the next generation warehouse management systems that focuses on automation and flexibility. This will also enable us to scale up our systems for our growing customer base and promote innovative solutions for fulfilling our customer orders. This is a leadership role in which you will directly manage and scale a team(s) responsible for delivering our foundational building blocks of next generation warehouse management systems. We provide inventory, orchestration and data platform solutions that power our fulfillment processes. This is an unique opportunity to build new technologies that go well beyond existing industry standards. You will partner with our product, program management stakeholders and other engineering leaders to build and deliver the roadmap of your teams. You should provide hands-on technical leadership to solve complex problems, make right architecture decisions with a balance of strategic and tactical plans. You should set up the right practices for delivering high quality software and mechanisms to keep our stakeholders updated. Finally, as we're scaling rapidly, you'll have lots of opportunities to build and grow the team via hiring and mentoring. You should be somebody who enjoys recruiting and coaching, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about delivering results.
