A Director of Sales, Assisted Living manages and oversees the sales operations for all Assisted Living products at a local campus / community level. Their main duties include developing and cultivating relationships with prospects and advocates (internal customers and external market) to determine needs and build the value of the organization’s service offerings, designing sales plans to meet identified productivity goals and sales targets, including creative tactics to generate leads and convert leads to move-ins, as well as understanding market insight to remain competitive. Assisted Living Sales Directors work in collaboration with and at the direction of community leaders and the Director of Health Care Sales to achieve and exceed occupancy goals. The majority of this position is focused on Inside Sales and approximately 10% of time is Outside Sales.
