The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $171,800.00 to $214,800.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, including hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and marketing/financial data
  • Proven track record of driving change and translating analytics insights into measurable business impact
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, data infrastructure, or programming concepts
  • Experience working in global organizations

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in analytics, data science, or a related field preferred
  • media or consumer goods industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing measurement roadmap, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), ensuring alignment across global and local teams
  • Introduce innovative analytics tools, partnerships, and methodologies to advance measurement capabilities and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Partner with senior leadership to optimize portfolio investment strategies and guide brand performance decisions using data-driven insights
  • Build and scale sustainable analytics solutions by transitioning pilot programs into standardized, organization-wide tools
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to address data gaps, improve processes, and enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate multiple data sources and perspectives into cohesive measurement frameworks
  • Lead and develop talent while fostering strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
