Role: Director – Analytics Platform Job Type: Fulltime - USA Job Description Experience: 12+ Years Role Level: Director Primary Area: Analytics Platforms / Data & Digital Analytics Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Director – Analytics Platform to lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, and evolution of enterprise analytics platforms. The role requires a strong combination of analytics technology expertise, platform strategy, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Analytics Platform Engineering, with experience in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in enterprise analytics platform architecture and strategy.
Experience with modern cloud data and analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures.
Experience with digital/customer analytics platforms and enterprise reporting solutions.
Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, quality, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of analytics visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience leading large-scale analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the analytics platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and capabilities aligned with business objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise data and analytics platforms.
Drive integration of data across digital, customer, marketing, and enterprise systems to enable actionable insights.
Establish standards for data architecture, governance, security, quality, performance, and scalability.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and business teams to define analytics requirements and solutions.
Lead implementation and optimization of digital analytics, customer analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities.
Evaluate and recommend analytics technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
Drive adoption of cloud-based analytics and modern data architecture practices.
Manage platform performance, reliability, technical risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, analysts, and platform teams.
Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate platform strategy, recommendations, and business outcomes.
Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
