About The Position
ChristianaCare is seeking a strategic, high-impact Director of Operations, Ambulatory Specialty Network to lead operations across multiple specialty ambulatory sites and help shape the future of healthcare delivery. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and executives to drive access, growth, quality, patient experience, operational excellence, and financial performance across the network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- Proven success leading operational transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong financial, strategic, and business acumen.
- Experience driving results through collaboration, influence, and relationship-building.
- Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Lead multi-specialty ambulatory operations across a regional network.

- Use data and key performance indicators to drive measurable outcomes.
