Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Ambulatory Services leadership team in the role of Director of Ambulatory Clinical Operations, Hospital Operations Department (HOPD). The Director – Ambulatory Clinical Operations, Hospital Operations Department (HOPD) provides administrative direction to the multi-disciplinary care centers with an emphasis on quality management and enhanced customer service. The Director provides leadership in all facets of patient care and is accountable for the initiation and completion of business and unit plans that ensure quality while utilizing available resources efficiently. This leader is accountable for alignment of the care center vision with the organization mission, values and excellence goals (people, service, financial, clinical) and may be responsible for 24-hour accountability and for providing administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning involving the efficient use of personnel, operations, and fiscal integrity of the Operations and for optimizing the patient and family experience through to all Ambulatory Services operations. This leader may have the ultimate accountability for driving preeminence throughout the assigned areas and ensuring success within the organization. This director acts as a partner of the organization leadership team and participates in the strategic planning and the attainment of goals for all areas of responsibility.
