We're hiring a Director, AI Supply and Demand Planning to lead the translation of commercial pipeline signals into infrastructure-ready execution plans. This role sits at the critical intersection of Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain — ensuring AI workload configurations, and revenue forecasts are converted into accurate, actionable demand plans. You'll own the global demand forecast of certain core components and ensure alignment between commercial growth and infrastructure deployment capacity. This is a highly strategic and operational role that directly impacts capital allocation and infrastructure scaling decisions.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain strategy, commercial operations, or infrastructure capacity planning
Experience operating in high-growth technology or infrastructure-heavy environments (AI, cloud, hardware, or similar preferred)
Strong understanding of infrastructure components including compute, networking, racks, and power systems
Proven ability to translate commercial signals into operational and financial plans
Strong financial acumen with experience integrating revenue forecasts into capacity and capital planning
Advanced analytical skills with experience modeling demand volatility and scenario planning
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and executive communication capability
Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building scalable planning frameworks from the ground up

Responsibilities

Deeply understand how demand signals currently flow through the business, helping to improve existing forecast processes and mapping how commercial pipeline, customer contracts, and AI cluster configurations translate into BOM-level demand signals.
Build relationships with Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, Supply Chain teams, and external suppliers to identify forecast bias, misalignment, or blind spots.
Take ownership of the demand forecast, building and maintaining a rolling 18–24 month forecast.
Model demand volatility, ramp curves, and burst scenarios across customer segments.
Integrate revenue forecasts with infrastructure capacity planning to ensure deployment readiness.
Align demand outputs with supply chain procurement and build strategies.
Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial leadership, surfacing risks and trade-offs tied to infrastructure lead times, capital allocation, and supply availability.
