About The Position

Marketing is being reinvented around intelligent platforms, trusted data, and AI. Our MarTech, AI & Data Strategy team owns the capabilities that make that possible — and the AI Product & MarTech Enablement pillar is where new AI capability meets everyday marketing execution. The Director, AI Product & MarTech Enablement, leads this pillar. You will own two connected mandates: bringing AI into marketing — the use cases, decisioning, and orchestration that make campaigns smarter and faster — and driving MarTech enablement, so the organization gets maximum value from every platform it runs. You'll turn emerging AI from experiment into production-grade product, and you'll make the MarTech stack easier to adopt, better supported, and demonstrably more valuable. You'll operate in a highly matrixed environment as the alignment hub across the Enterprise Data Office, Analytics, Technology, Privacy, and Legal.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of progressive experience in MarTech / marketing technology product management, AI-ML enablement, or digital marketing platforms, including team leadership.
  • Proven track record putting AI or automation into production in a business setting — from use-case identification through deployment and adoption.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern MarTech stack (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, SFMC, CDP) and how to drive operational support, adoption, and value realization.
  • Practical fluency with applied AI for marketing — GenAI, prompt engineering, agentic/automation frameworks, and AI-driven decisioning and orchestration.
  • Experience operating in an agile / SAFe environment — partnering with RTEs and Scrum Masters and actively participating in PI planning and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and storytelling skills — able to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical and product teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field — computer science, data science, marketing, business, engineering, or related

  • Own operational support of the MarTech tools and platforms — keeping the stack running smoothly and marketers unblocked.
  • Establish and share best practices, playbooks, and standards that raise the bar on how the organization uses its MarTech investments.
