This is a per-engagement consulting role for senior operators with platform experience across ag inputs, ag services, or agribusiness. The role involves partnering with the Fireclay team on specific deals where the consultant's domain expertise creates value, with engagements typically lasting three to twelve months on a deal-specific basis. Fireclay is actively building bench depth across several subsectors within agriculture, including ag inputs (seed, crop protection, nutrients, specialty chemicals for ag), ag equipment, parts, and dealer networks, ag services (agronomy, custom application, harvesting, hauling), AgTech (precision ag, software, decision support), and the food and agribusiness supply chain (grain, livestock, processing).
