Requirements

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all activities related to the service operations of the agency in order to allow Agency President to concentrate on the development of the sales team and office growth. May also manage administrative staff and service a book of busines.
  • Responsible for overall direction of the service departments within the agency either directly or indirectly through department managers and / or team leaders. This includes, but is not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, assigning/directing work, performance evaluations, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Drives agency efficiencies and evaluates and makes adjustment to service departments staff workloads as necessary. Conducts monthly staff meetings.
  • Provides support to agency sales function by leading and developing the service team.
  • Enforces compliance with corporate and regional policies, procedures, workflows and new initiatives. May serve as agency Quality Control Liaison.
  • Works closely with Regional P&C Operations team by participating in monthly conference calls and attending annual workshops.
  • May be also be responsible for servicing a book of business.
  • Manages staff of all service departments either directly or indirectly through department managers and / or team leaders
