It determines how private 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, satellite, edge computing, and equipment data systems work together to create reliable, scalable connected-site solutions. The Director works across technology, product, engineering, commercial, and business teams to solve customer problems, support autonomous and data-driven operations, and enable successful global deployment. The Director translates customer operating challenges into practical solutions, supports product commercialization and adoption, and enables automation, autonomous equipment, real-time monitoring, data-driven decisions, and digital services. The Director establishes portfolio governance and measures outcomes such as adoption, reliability, scalability, cost effectiveness, and customer and business value. The role leads complex programs through other leaders, moves solutions beyond pilots into repeatable multi-site deployment, and promotes continuous improvement using customer feedback, operating data, and deployment lessons. It also leads and develops a global organization of managers, senior technical leaders, and subject matter experts; builds strategic technology-provider relationships; and develops the talent, structure, and operating model required for continued growth and global scale. The position is based onsite in Irving, Texas, five days per week. Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify. Domestic and international travel is expected at 10–20%.
