About The Position

EnerKnol is seeking a Director of Account Management. In this role you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting and constantly-evolving energy, environmental policy, and info-tech sectors. As the Director of Account Management, your primary role is managing all aspects of customer relationships while building the function to drive a standardized, repeatable process of delivering great outcomes to customers. You will serve as the “face” of EnerKnol and will deliver an excellent customer service experience. You will coordinate team efforts in order to address customer requirements throughout their subscription term, including training, user support, and maintenance. You will also develop plans to maximize business opportunities with each customer in order to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B account management (preferably large enterprise SaaS)
  • Thrive in an environment of understanding customer problems and showcasing how a software solution solves them
  • High agency and a love of building processes from the ground up
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic, results-oriented, team player

Responsibilities

  • Meet annual revenue target through customer renewals and upsells/expansion
  • Manage customer relationships for assigned company accounts
  • Standardize the Account Management process
  • Onboard new customers onto the platform
  • Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge on our platform, integrations, functionality, and overall roadmap
