About The Position
The Global Commercial Services – Global & Large Enterprise organization (G&L) manages American Express’ largest and strategically important commercial clients – driving differentiated value and providing solutions that meet the diverse and global needs of the company’s most valuable customers. Within G&L, the U.S. Verticals team is a client management organization with commercial payments specialization by industry. The Director, U.S. Verticals, is responsible for leading a team that drives profitable revenue growth, wallet share expansion, client retention, and executive-level relationship development across a portfolio of Global & Large Enterprise clients. The role leads cross-functional strategies and execution to deliver differentiated client value while optimizing operational excellence.
