About The Position

Bloom is accelerating its growth by scaling a creative product rooted in both performance and craft. We are looking for a Creative Director who will define and lead this evolution. This is a key leadership role where you will shape the creative model, the team, and the work itself. You understand how ideas move through culture and how emerging tools are reshaping creative production. You will define our clients' presence across all platforms, anchor campaigns with powerful ideas, and ensure our creative output earns target audience attention and drives measurable results. This includes responsibly and intentionally integrating generative and intelligent tools to strengthen both craft and performance.

Requirements

  • An accomplished creative leader with 8–12+ years of agency experience and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in concept development, storytelling, art direction, and copywriting.
  • Equally comfortable discussing creative vision, business objectives, and executional details, with the ability to connect all three into work that delivers measurable impact.
  • Experienced in building and improving creative systems, workflows, and quality standards that enable teams to produce exceptional work efficiently and consistently.
  • Curious and informed about emerging technologies, including generative AI, with a thoughtful perspective on where these tools create value, where human judgment remains essential, and how to integrate them responsibly into creative practice.
  • Comfortable leading both high-volume content ecosystems and larger campaign initiatives, adapting your approach to the needs of the client, audience, and platform.
  • A trusted client partner capable of presenting work, facilitating difficult conversations, and influencing senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • A mentor and coach who develops talent, elevates creative thinking, and inspires teams to continually raise the standard of their craft.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative standard across all client work, leading the development of campaign ideas, content systems, art direction, and copy. Act as the final creative authority to ensure every output is of the highest quality and reduces revision cycles.
  • Drive creative content that is optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google. Partner closely with Paid Media and Strategy teams, championing a test-and-learn approach to ensure creative integrity while maximizing measurable results.
  • Bring hands-on experience with generative tools (image, video, copy) to enhance ideation and production. Collaborate with agency leadership to establish clear guidelines for responsible use, navigate ethical considerations, and mentor the team on effective, critical application.
  • Present and sell work with clarity to senior stakeholders, building trust and guiding clients toward stronger creative decisions. Manage, lead, mentor, and develop designers and creators raising the bar on both visual craft and writing across the entire team.
  • Help optimize and design scalable systems (briefing, ideation, QA) that balance creative ambition with feasibility. Contribute to the evolution of Bloom's overall creative product and positioning.
