This position is focused on business development. We provide Account Managers with a module whose main responsibilities will be to contact clients, visit them if necessary, and improve their coverage based on their needs. The Account Manager will work as part of a team with an assistant for billing, presentations, letters, etc. An experienced marketing team will support them in new business development. The role involves fostering client loyalty by regularly checking the quality of services provided to existing clients, generating new business through various prospecting methods including networking, optimizing relationships with contacts, and participating in targeted public relations activities. The Account Manager will identify the needs of potential clients using available resources, participate in and take responsibility for tenders when necessary, develop placement strategies through various presentations and client communications, deliver proposals to clients, be involved in the development of strategies for claims and risk management, ensure that documents issued by the manager are transmitted within the specified deadlines, closely monitor accounts receivable, and collaborate in the negotiation of programs and service agreements.
