Requirements

Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, walk, and be on your feet the entire shift.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
Quality oriented.

Responsibilities

Print, cut, and conduct quality checks on digitally printed products.
Operate light printing machines and computers.
Cross-train in each area of the department, including running printers, cutters, and shipping procedures.
Communicate needs, suggestions, and concerns to the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
Assist in other areas as the business requires.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work overtime as necessary, which may include same-day or weekend work.
