Lade Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Direct Through Stock (DTS) Associate to join our team. The DTS Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely receiving and shipping of customer orders within the warehouse. This position serves as an important link between warehouse operations, customer orders, and internal teams to ensure material is received, processed, staged, and shipped correctly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office required.
Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, distribution, or order-processing experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and levels of the organization.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Comfortable working with warehouse management, inventory, ERP, or order-processing systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify problems, communicate concerns quickly, and assist with resolving order discrepancies.
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and process incoming customer orders and materials.
Prepare, stage, verify, and process customer orders for shipment accurately and on time.
Confirm quantities, product information, paperwork, and order details for accuracy.
Identify and communicate shortages, damages, discrepancies, or other order issues.
Maintain accurate receiving and shipping documentation.
Update order information, trackers, spreadsheets, and other records as required.
Communicate professionally and work collaboratively with warehouse associates, supervisors, Sales, Transportation, and other departments to resolve order issues and meet customer and operational needs.
Monitor customer orders to ensure they are processed within required timelines.
Take ownership of assigned orders and follow issues through to resolution.
Assist with resolving receiving, shipping, and order discrepancies.
Properly label and stage material in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain organized records and paperwork for customer orders.
Use warehouse systems and computer applications to research and update order information.
Follow established receiving, shipping, inventory, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist other warehouse functions as needed to support daily operational requirements.
