About The Position

Are you a passionate and organized leader ready to ensure the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities? As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations. You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
  • An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.
  • Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
  • Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
  • Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
  • Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
