About The Position

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate and manage program operations and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling staff; coordinating activities and appointments; and maintaining detailed records for the individuals served. The supervisor also supports community integration, safety, behavior-plan implementation, and staff coverage during emergencies.

Associate’s degree in a related field.
One year of experience in a related field.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Facilitate individuals’ integration into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
Monitor individuals’ comfort and safety by ensuring living environments and program activities meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Intervene when aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs and implement behavior plans and strategies.
Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
Hire, train, and schedule staff.
Coordinate activities and appointments.
Maintain detailed records for the individuals served.
Coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
