Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- valid Indiana drivers license
- reliable transportation
- active auto insurance
- current vehicle registration
- clean criminal history and driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR/First Aid preferred
- Candidates should be proficient with communication, reliable, caring, flexible and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Complete and update daily paperwork accurately.
- Transport individual to job, various community activities and doctor appointments.
- Assist with teaching about and preparing healthy meal plans to encourage optimal health.
- Exhibit flexibility to changing situations and be able to adapt as necessary.
- Participate in required meetings and training.
