The Direct Support Relief Floater (All Shifts) provides flexible, on-demand coverage across multiple programs and locations to ensure continuity of care, safety, and supervision of youth and adults in treatment, residential, and educational settings. This role supports evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts and requires the ability to adapt quickly to varying program environments, client needs, and operational expectations. Relief Floaters are required to work a minimum of one (1) eight-hour shift per week, unless otherwise approved by the Floater Manager or Program Director, and must be available to support staffing needs across departments during periods of coverage gaps or shortages.
