About The Position

TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Our mission is to create opportunities for our supported individuals. We encourage inclusion through our programs and ensure that our supported individuals live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community. We’re looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, either in our Day Program and in our residential Group Homes.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (21 for driving positions).
• Pass background checks.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Motor vehicle check (for drivers).
• AZ driver’s license (for drivers).

Nice To Haves

• Drivers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caregiving to supported individuals in Day Program or residential Group Homes.
