About The Position
Join us for a Hiring Event in Swedesboro for the Gloucester Day Program! NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professionals. Day Shift Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm. The current hiring range for this position is: $19.61-$20.00 per hour. Plus additional incentives. For over 125 years, Bancroft has been making a difference in the lives of many. Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a current, non-provisional driver’s license in good standing
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with their daily living skills
- Actively participates in the life growth of each individual
- Promote independence through skill development and implementing individualized plans of care
- Advocate for community inclusion by planning activities and outings
