About The Position
Full-Time Back - End Days - Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at One Vision in Clear Lake, IA. This role is part of a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance and make a lasting impact. DSPs play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. The position offers stable, rewarding work with a consistent schedule and a team culture built on respect, inclusion, and impact.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
