Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Big heart, strong work ethic, patience, and great communication skills.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license & auto insurance.
- DSP certification—or the drive to complete full training with us upon hire!
- Ability to assist with physical support/lifting, wear comfortable non-slip closed-toe shoes, and keep energy high.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines, healthy meals, creative activities, and building independent living skills.
- Head out on fun outings, attend local appointments, and help residents stay connected and active.
- Serve as a positive role model while ensuring health, safety, and well-being every step of the way.
- Track daily milestones, administer medications per policy, and keep team communications smooth.
