About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual committed to making a positive difference.

Nice To Haves

experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
Encourage and facilitate participation in social and community activities.
Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care.
