About The Position
The MDH Network Fall Hiring Event is seeking individuals to provide assistance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We have various positions open throughout our network of services, including Residential Facilities, Medical-Focused Facilities, Community Day Programs, In-Home Day Programs, Case Management, and Independent Living Services. This event offers an opportunity to meet with recruiters, discuss suitable positions, and potentially receive on-the-spot offers, including a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement
- A current driver’s license and California automobile insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to and from various community locations either independently or with other team members and/or Individuals, and if a company vehicle is available for use, one must also be 21 years of age
- Ability to read, write and speak English.

- Bilingual English/Spanish, Vietnamese, or Cantonese (for Community Support Specialists)
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Work in various settings including Residential Facilities, Medical-Focused Facilities, Community Day Programs, In-Home Day Programs, Case Management, and Independent Living Services.
- Perform duties relevant to specific roles such as Direct Support Professional, Program Instructor, Community Support Professional, Community Activities Specialist, Coordinated Family Support Instructor, Community Support Specialist, or Instructor.
