Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our CLOQUET team. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable visiting clients in their home
- Willing to provide transportation if necessary
- Must hold valid DL and current insurance

Responsibilities
- Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
- Provide Direct Support to Clients this includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
- Building relationships with your clients and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
- Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
