About The Position

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a residential setting. We have multiple schedules available, including daytime, evening, overnight, and every-other-weekend hours.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate and patient
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with meals, routines, and household activities
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Follow individual service plans and agency guidelines
• Document services and communicate important updates
• Support individuals both at home and in the community
