About The Position
ARISE/EFR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a kind, respectful, and friendly teenage girl who enjoys animals, swimming, baking, spending time with her family, and Disney music and movies. In this role, you will be assisting her with improving her money management, social and safety awareness skills while out in the community. She has memberships to many local attractions and would like to explore new activities and locations as well. The ideal candidate would be upbeat and reliable with good communication skills. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred
