Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $13.00 - $16.00/hr Location: Sigourney, IA Schedule: 1 24-hour shift (Sat 11am – Sun 11am) Work 1 day, have 6 days off! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
- Physical ability to assist with client transfers.
- A positive, flexible attitude.
- Satisfactory results on a background check.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily activities like grocery shopping, cooking, and community involvement.
- Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).
- Follow Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to help clients reach their personal milestones.
- Transport clients to appointments and local events.
