About The Position

Chimes is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in living with dignity, independence, and confidence. The role involves hands-on, respectful assistance with personal care and daily living skills, following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications according to policy, maintaining a safe and clean environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. Some roles require travel and supporting individuals between residential and day programs. The listed schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the pay is $20.25 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and one of the following driving records: at least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points, or at least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record.
