About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in pursuing developmental goals, taking part in their communities, and enjoying their favorite activities. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position is full time, scheduled from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., in Willingboro, New Jersey.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities
