About The Position

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals for its program in Ambler, Pennsylvania. The role supports individuals in achieving their goals and building independence. Following each individual’s Individual Support Plan, the Direct Support Professional encourages, mentors, and coaches individuals in a variety of settings, including parks and sensory gardens, while helping them develop social and communication skills. The position also includes assistance with daily hygiene and personal care and teaching daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry. No experience is required; paid training is provided. The listed pay is up to $18.75 with enhanced pay. Available hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years old.
