Requirements

A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
18 years old or older
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
A High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

Mentoring individuals on life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, or managing a budget.
Providing respectful, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Providing companionship and emotional support, such as watching movies, engaging in conversation, or assisting with evening routines.
Serving as a compassionate partner and providing positive behavioral support.
Providing transportation to appointments, jobs, or community events.
Supporting individuals with their goals, including hobbies and thriving in community-based jobs.
Administering medications.
Assisting with mobility.
Preparing nutritious meals.
