About The Position

Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 3PM-11PM A Day in the Life: You’ll spend your days supporting a group of fun, vibrant individuals who enjoy: Swimming Being with Family Engaging in conversation Spending time with family Country Rides Cook outs This group is looking for someone who is kind, dependable, a good communicator, and most of all—someone who enjoys spending time with them. If you’re someone who takes joy in building real connections and being present in the moment, you’ll thrive here. How You’ll Support: Help individuals live independently by assisting with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and taking medication Support community engagement, whether that’s a walk in the park or attending local events. Be a steady presence in important moments—family visits, milestones, or just a shared cup of coffee Advocate for each person’s rights and help build their confidence and sense of self Keep clear, respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points
• Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairs
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and provide physical assistance when needed
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)

Responsibilities
