About The Position

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supports to adults with autism and/or developmental or intellectual disabilities so that they can live independently in their own homes and be a part of their local community. The support provided helps maximize their ability to be as independent as possible and is tailored to meet their specific needs. Requirements

Can work both independently and in a team setting.
Like to show up for work every day with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the day’s adventure.
Are at least 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Are dependable, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Are willing to work evenings and weekends.
We do complete background screenings with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry.

Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and other staff.
