About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities in Pittsboro, Siler City, and surrounding areas. BAYADA emphasizes a positive work environment, invests in its care team, and provides 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.
Requirements
- At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.
- Provide mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD.
- Work independently in a client’s home/community.
