Every weekend availability is required – Not every other weekend. Every single one. Flexibility is non-negotiable: This role demands you adapt to the needs of those we serve. What You'll Actually Do: This is hands-on, meaningful work: Provide personalized care, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent to become med admin. certified
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills for documentation
  • Willingness to pass background checks and clearances
  • Ability to earn and maintain CPR/First Aid certification

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with developmental disabilities preferred (but exceptional candidates with transferable skills encouraged to apply)
