About The Position

All Ways Caring Homecare – Direct Support Professional Group Home (Soldotna) Join All Ways Caring Homecare in Soldotna as a Part Time Direct Support Professional with on call flexibility and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients every single day. As a DSP, you'll be at the heart of our team, providing compassionate care to clients in our group home. We're looking for dependable, caring professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are available for flexible hours, including overnight shifts. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

Responsibilities

Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
Encouraging self-help activities
Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
