We're searching for a kind, dependable Direct Support Professional to join a wonderful support team for a warm, funny, and community-minded woman in her 40s who lives in beautiful Chestnut Hill. She enjoys volunteering, staying active, spending time in her community, and continuing to build her independence. We're looking for someone who will encourage her, celebrate her successes, and become a trusted part of her day. Requirements

• At least two years of caregiving or direct support experience
• Familiar with supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Creative, flexible, and positive
• Able to pass state and federal background checks
• A non-smoker
