About The Position

This is an entry-level hourly role with benefits available to those working over 30 hours a week. No experience is required as paid training will be provided. The role involves working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to assist them in realizing their full potential and becoming integrated into their community. This includes assisting with everyday activities and supporting their health, safety, and wellbeing. A clean driving record is critical for this role as driving is required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Clean driving record (no specific violations within the last 3 or 5 years as detailed in the job description).
• Ability to drive.
