Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Successful clearance of background checks.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude.
  • A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Mentor: Help individuals reach personal goals like budgeting, nutrition, and fitness.
  • Be a Companion: Support community inclusion by attending events, outings, and recreational activities.
  • Provide Essential Care: Assist with daily living tasks, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
