About The Position

Bost is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to work directly with individuals and their families, helping support and maximize each individual’s quality of life. The role provides in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on community outings or providing transportation to work and other activities. They support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accompany individuals on community outings or provide transportation to work and other activities.
