Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide high-quality, person-centered care to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities through in-home and community-based services, including day programs, positive behavior supports, and 24-hour residential assistance. As a DSP, you’ll make a meaningful difference in someone’s life by supporting them in living the life they choose, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and daily goals to help them gain independence and full community engagement.
