About The Position

Bost is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize each individual’s quality of life. The role provides in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Direct Support Professionals also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities. They support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Workdays and hours: Sunday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; Monday through Saturday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM. Pay rate: $14.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living.
• Prepare and plan meals.
• Administer medication.
• Provide personal care.
• Accompany individuals on community outings.
• Provide transportation to work or other activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
