About The Position
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential living team in Willow Grove, PA. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and making a difference in their daily lives, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to work assigned schedules consistently
Nice To Haves
- Previous DSP, caregiver, behavioral health, or home care experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with IDD is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home setting
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, hygiene, and community outings
- Support clients in achieving independence and daily goals
- Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
- Complete documentation and communicate with team members professionally
- Transport clients to appointments or community activities as needed
