About The Position

Join our Norfolk team near I-264 and Military Highway as a PT Overnight Direct Support Professional and help individuals with developmental disabilities live their best lives – all while enjoying a fun, flexible job with room to grow. This is an "awake" position. You will have the opportunity to make a difference and get paid for it, with a $500 sign-on bonus and paid certifications. Shift options include Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Requirements

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check

Nice To Haves

• Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
• Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
• Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
• Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
